Please follow the link below to see the local rules for the ASRL Open. Please note amendment to Rule 25 regarding those in Reserve and U23 crews in state teams. “State team crews competing on Friday are exempt from racing the first TWO rounds of the ASRL Open competition on Friday and will receive equal first place points for both round.”
