Enjoy a hitout in the sharpest, closest Surf boat racing you’ll ever see. SLSA Aussie medals are up for grab in all divisions from U19s to Opens.
After your short course racing grab a few mates from other clubs or crews and test your skills in the mixed crew racing. 2 males, 2 female can form a crew from any club to qualify for entry.
Last year was our first time conducting the event and it was a huge success. This is a great way to meet other rowers and have some fun.
Entries are now open for the Australian Short Course Surf Boat Championship 2023 & The ASRL Mixed Crew Championship. All entries are to be submitted via the SLSA Sports Event Management System (SEMS).

EVENT PROGRAM
NATIONAL SELECTION EVENT
FRIDAY 8 DECEMBER
Applies to each division :
– 3 rounds (soft cut)
– 2 rounds(Final cut to 3 boats)
– 3 final races. The winner will have the highest points after 3 races.
If there is a tie, there will be a sudden death race off.
