Background

The task of initial approval or rejection of any nomination will rest with the Hall of Fame (HoF) Committee. The added step of referring the decision of the HoF Committee back to the ASRL Committee isn’t to re-evaluate the nominee but more to allow the ASRL Committee to sign off on the recommendations from the HoF Committee.
