For competitive crews, last years 23 Champs (Austi Women) and (Queenscliff Men) went on to win Aussies. For the not so competitive crews there's lots of racing, lots of prizes and lots of fun.
For the visitors, there is heaps of local accommodation, The Beach Club Collaroy has offered to host a rowers get together (at club prices)on the Saturday night prior. NR Perry has offered to run one of his workshops on the Saturday afternoon subject of course to numbers.
There is Ocean Thunder at nearby Dee Why Beach for those wanting to watch some elite level action on the Saturday as well as Wanda carnival for those wanting two days of racing
For anyone interested in the future of our sport with money to spare, please lets get behind some of the interstate and country clubs so their youngsters may experience something special.
Racing starts at 800am with presentation to be concluded by 400pm.
